With our service you can list your real estate on your local Realtor MLS (Multiple Listing Service) for a one time flat fee of $250 (limited time offer). There’s no additional listing fees, no junk fees or hidden charges. Through our service you will receive marketing exposure on the MLS and to every local Realtor in your area! Using this type of service allows you to gain maximum exposure and sell your property for about half the typical commission charged by 99.9% of all traditional agents.

Since there is such a big inventory of properties on the MLS because of the slow market you can use flat fee MLS as a tool to get noticed faster by offering a higher comission to the Realtor that produces a buyer. How it Works…

Realtors will contact you directly to show your home. The agent will present all offers and negotiate the sale directly with you.The amount of commission is determined by you and established when you list the property. A Typical commission rate is about 3% of the sales price.

Some of the features of our service include the ability to make free changes to your MLS listing at any time. You may need to make price adjustments, change the description, you contact information could change or maybe you want to change the content in the description.

Many other flat fee services charge for changes but we will never penalize you for keeping the listing updated. The actual listing will be active on the MLS once we receive the necessary paperwork including a listing agreement, property information form, pictures and payment.
